The Canon PowerShot SD880 IS is a compact 10-megapixel point-and-shoot. Small and cute with angular distance lines, large buttons, 4-times optical zoom and a good three inches, LCD, the SD880 will appeal to many who want an easy to use format camera. The Canon PowerShot SD880 IS IS lacks the manual more advanced features found on the SD990 IS, sacrifices and degree burn on optical viewfinder in exchange for a larger LCD display. We are not sure if the plus and minus balance, but if you look at the Canon PowerShot SD880 IS is available in the U.S. to $ 399.99Â the same price as the SD990 IS, when it becomes available in October 2008.
